Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all medical and clinical services.
• Oversee the development and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other executive leaders to align medical strategies with organizational goals.
• Lead initiatives to improve patient care quality and safety.

• Represent BGC in medical and professional forums, enhancing the organization’s reputation.
• Manage and mentor a team of medical professionals, promoting professional development.
• Oversee clinical research activities and support the integration of research findings into practice.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) and board certification in a relevant specialty.
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of strategic planning and execution in a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
