Keppel Corporation, a global leader in the Banking & Financial sector, is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Information and Communications Officer (CICO) to join our executive team in London. The CICO will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s IT and communication strategies to drive innovation, efficiency, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive IT and communication strategies aligned with Keppel Corporation’s business objectives.
• Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable systems.
• Lead the digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, particularly in the Banking & Financial sector.
• Collaborate with other executive leaders to integrate technology solutions that support business growth and innovation.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of IT and communication professionals.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends to keep Keppel Corporation at the forefront of the industry.
• Develop and manage the IT and communications budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and investments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT and communications leadership roles, preferably within the Banking & Financial sector.
• Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Experience managing large-scale projects and budgets.
