Anchor, a leading institution in the Banking & Financial industry, is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team in Aarhus. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial management, strategic planning, and leadership within the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability goals.
• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
• Manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the company’s assets and reputation.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive business performance and achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
