Mid-Level Mining & Energy Project Coordinator

Keppel Corporation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mid-Level Mining & Energy Project Coordinator to join our team in Frankfurt. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of our mining and energy projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage mining and energy projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, contractors, and clients.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Support the procurement of materials and services required for project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination within the mining and energy sectors.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
