This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the mining and energy sectors. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project activities to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the mining and energy sectors.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies.
• Knowledge of mining and energy industry standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
