Cognizant, a global leader in business and technology services, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development to join our team in London. This senior-level position is pivotal in driving our real estate strategy and ensuring the successful execution of our property development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of real estate development projects, from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for property acquisition, development, and management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and proposals to senior leadership and the board of directors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale development projects.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• In-depth knowledge of the London real estate market and regulatory landscape.
