Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and art directors, to deliver exceptional work.
• Develop and execute creative strategies that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Oversee the entire creative process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
• Present creative concepts and strategies to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously elevate our creative offerings.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to maximize project efficiency and profitability.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Advertising, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a creative leadership role within the advertising, arts, or media industry.
• Proven ability to lead and manage creative teams, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and projects.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies clearly.
• Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles.
• Proficiency in creative software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
