Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and multimedia artists.
• Develop and execute innovative creative strategies that align with Fujifilm’s brand vision and business objectives.
• Oversee the conceptualization and production of high-quality advertising campaigns, digital content, and multimedia projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure cohesive and impactful creative solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously elevate the creative output.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Present creative concepts and strategies to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a creative leadership role within the advertising, arts, or media industry.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a diverse creative team.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful creative projects and campaigns.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in creative software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
