DBS is seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Creative Officer (CCO) to lead our creative team in Stuttgart. As an executive-level position in the Advertising, Arts & Media industry, the CCO will be responsible for driving the creative direction and innovation of our projects, ensuring that our work not only meets but exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the overall creative strategy for DBS, aligning with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and art directors.
• Oversee the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and impactful deliverables.

• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep DBS at the forefront of the Advertising, Arts & Media industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into compelling creative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Advertising, Fine Arts, Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior creative leadership role within the Advertising, Arts & Media industry.
• Proven track record of successful creative campaigns and projects.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and digital media.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a keen eye for detail.
