Mid-Level Financial Accountant

Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mid-Level Financial Accountant to join our team at DXC in Frankfurt. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in accounting, particularly within the Real Estate & Property sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.
• Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the Real Estate & Property sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
