Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage clinical research projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
• Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants.
• Collect, process, and manage clinical data accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor study progress and maintain detailed records of all research activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Prepare and submit study-related documents to regulatory bodies and ethics committees.
• Assist in the development of study protocols, informed consent forms, and other essential documents.
• Provide training and support to research staff and study participants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare, or medical research).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical research coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using clinical trial management systems and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Danish is a plus.
