Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all medical and clinical services.
• Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Oversee the quality of patient care, ensuring that all medical services meet the highest standards of excellence.
• Collaborate with other executive leaders to align medical strategies with organizational goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of medical professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Drive innovation in medical practices and healthcare delivery, leveraging the latest technologies and research.
• Represent Avanade in medical and healthcare forums, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Ensure effective resource management, including budgeting and financial oversight for medical services.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in a relevant medical specialty.
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of success in healthcare management and administration.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and drive innovation in healthcare delivery.
• Experience with healthcare technology and data analytics is a plus.
