This executive-level position requires a visionary leader with a strong technical background and a proven track record in the engineering industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the engineering industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering projects and teams.
• Strong technical expertise in software development, systems architecture, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
