Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all clinical services and medical staff.
• Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align clinical objectives with organizational goals.
• Oversee the quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
• Lead the development and execution of clinical research and innovation projects.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among medical staff.
• Represent DXC in external forums, including industry conferences, regulatory bodies, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with board certification in a relevant specialty.
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of success in healthcare management and clinical operations.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and drive innovation in a complex healthcare environment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is highly desirable.
