Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop comprehensive IT and communication solutions that meet business requirements and align with Apple’s strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead the architecture and design of complex IT systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT and communication systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT architecture and design.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for IT and communication projects.
• Prepare and present technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and project plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT architecture and design, with a focus on communication systems.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and communication protocols.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Fluency in English and German is required.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in IT architecture, such as TOGAF or Zachman Framework.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
