Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the engineering department, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies that drive innovation and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other executive team members to set company performance goals and growth strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Oversee the development and implementation of new engineering projects and initiatives.
• Monitor and report on engineering performance metrics.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure Fujifilm remains at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the engineering industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing engineering teams and projects.
• Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
