Clinical Research Coordinator

Avanade is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team in Hamburg. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage clinical trials from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols.
• Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants, maintaining accurate and confidential records.
• Monitor study progress, including data collection, entry, and quality control.
• Communicate effectively with study sponsors, investigators, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit regulatory documents, including IRB submissions and amendments.
• Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and ethical standards.
• Assist in the preparation of study reports, presentations, and publications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., life sciences, nursing, public health).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in clinical research coordination.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and guidelines.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and clinical trial management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) or Clinical Research Professional (CCRP).
• Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
• Fluency in German and English.
