Apple is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Real Estate Officer (CREO) to join our team in Frankfurt. This executive-level position will play a critical role in shaping and executing our real estate strategy, ensuring that our properties reflect Apple’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive real estate strategies that align with Apple’s business objectives and growth plans.
• Oversee the acquisition, development, and management of Apple’s real estate portfolio in Frankfurt and surrounding regions.
• Lead a team of real estate professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of real estate initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external partners, including developers, contractors, and local government agencies.
• Ensure all real estate projects adhere to Apple’s standards for design, sustainability, and innovation.
• Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to inform decision-making and identify new opportunities.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for real estate projects and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale real estate portfolios and projects.
• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, particularly in the Frankfurt region.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting.
