Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies, standards, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential project challenges.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, promoting professional growth and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior engineering role, preferably within the construction, maritime, or energy sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to the industry.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
