Junior Financial Analyst

Avanade is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will support our financial planning and analysis efforts, helping to drive business performance and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial information
• Prepare presentations and reports for management review
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analyses as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Danish is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship or work experience in finance or accounting
• Familiarity with financial modeling and data analysis tools
• Knowledge of the Banking & Financial industry
