I am extremely disappointed with the Hotpoint 8kg 1400rpm Washing Machine in Graphite. It broke down within the first month of use, and the customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond. The machine is also incredibly noisy and doesn’t clean clothes effectively. I expected much better quality for the price. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
