Gearbox needs replacing with a reconditioned one. The engine runs fine presently however a full cam belt and water pump replacement is wise. Additionally, both inboard driveshaft seals need replacing along with the gearchange oil seals as the undertray was missing and dirt has worn the seals. Consequently the retaining strut for the radiator is rusty and needs attention. Heater matrix has a small leak into the new carbon pollen filter. Will require full brake fluid change with new pads all round with 2 new rear discs. Bodywork needs cleaning with various scrapes on both bumpers, the NS rear wheel arch has damage from a pole and of course car park door dings and some close encounters with bushes etc.. NS Front wing to sill connection damaged by incorrect jacking. GOOD points are :- ULEZ COMPLIANT…Aircon is good, 2 new front tires and 2 rear reasonable for another 20k or so. Exhaust is fine. Interior is fair, everything works and needs a good valet inside and out. Clutch replaced 2 years ago by Fords with less than 6k done. Caution..possibly damaged by gearbox failure. The photo’s reflect the condition as at 20th June. Self serviced with manual and receipts. EX Motability vehicle which we obtained with 20K on the clock. Great reliable daily run-around.
